I am curious, do you think it would be possible to hook a WBo2 gauge up to my existing bosch LMU sensors on my CTS-V without F'ing the tuning up? I know you can do that with oldschool o2's but I really don't know much about these widebands?

I'm not 100% sure but you can take a look and see if its a five wire o2 and match up the plugs. However one problem i see is that if you don't have a means to disable the o2 sensor, it'll probably through a code.
Its probably best to just get a dedicated bung welded in.

No, you can't. Wideband sensors (5 wire) need their on controller/computer and output 0-5V. Regular sensors output 0-1V. Any tapping of that 0-5V wire on the wideband will affect the readings to the controller.
