Got the word, Track will open

Of course we all hear rumors if the track will open or not every year. I got word today that the track WILL open for the season. Schedules will be printed soon. Discuss.

Well anything you heard before was either hearsay or whatever, but after a court hearing that was held yesterday gave the concrete go. So yeah, we are racing.

Nice. Now I won't travel as much. But still going to. I know the track isn't going to get nice overnight. I hope they plan on some renovations/improvements. If not, oh well, at least theres a place to race locally. C'mon Scott, you've came this far, why not take a lil jump and be in for this year.

run a check on my posts I forgot where I posted about my car I think it was the lounge I have the 4 door gold teg that has been in a few diferent shops but at the track only a couple times but I have the best finishing it now so all is well f tooning 1 week, gp motor sports about 1 year, EOR a couple years shellys a week ha ha its been around

What size turbo?

What kind of HP are you guys expecting?

I believe it has a smaller (46 trim maybe) T3/T4, but Im not sure. The turbo kit was purchased long before I got my hands on the car.

The car will be tuned of the 9lb spring to start with and I would like to see something in the 300 whp range, but we will have to see.

As it sits the car is a full interior street car.**The car should make more than enough street power off the 9 lb spring.**

The plan is to eventually have 2 maps, one for street and one for race, but we have to deal with traction before we add more power.

No kidding, I already started off 2007 with a loss to a turbo d, its was in my overcammed untuned b16 though, but still, a W is a W. Chalk one up for the turbo D guys...

Unfortunately good ole Uncle O still owns (or whatever it is with websites) spokaneracewaypark.com so no one has or will update that site. The same day I heard the news about the track opening I heard that they would have schedules within a few weeks of that. So maybe, just maybe we will start seeing them pop up here and there.
