It seems that MAF equiped cars can be hacked pretty good with AFCs, nothing like Honda rom editors though... :P

not poor, just cheap, injectors and SAFC for $250....I'm gonna use it and actually the new SAFC is sex for tuning if you have a wideband.

Yeah I guess it's okay. The whole not being able to control timing thing sucks a lot of ass though. I tuned my first turbo car yesterday and realized that timing on a turbo car is everything just like on an all motor car.

How much does DSMlink or any of that kind of stuff cost?

basically $600 + shipping, I don't mind the timing control since it's kinda nice having the ECU pull timming if it detects lots of knock.

I've never liked the SAFC's, but then again, I'm a little rice'e.. They work well on a 1g with the knock read out on the OBDI system.

MAF hacks will always be garbage. There will always be hp to unlock if you're using a piggy back but I guess it comes at a price.
