I got a co-worker with an 85 CRX. All stock. Apparently he re-built the head and has real bad valve noise. Any suggestions on what he did wrong would be helpful or perhaps a reasonable shop to point him too. He's done a lot of research and he can't see anything he did wrong. thanks

probably needs to adjust his valves

He said he has. Twice to specs.

erebuilt the he head with what kind of valvetrain? how about what motor is in the car?

I'm not a Honda guy, but its a d15? does that sound right? I'll ask him the valve train. He came in the office today like I was just going to know the answer right away. I knew someone on here could help.

Hmm yeah probably a D15 if its stock.

It doesnt have forged internals by any chance does it?
