That?s right gates open @ 8 racing starts @ 9 oh yea did I mention we are running times with the tree !!!!! Yea times so come on out and put your time slip where your mouth is ! It only costs 5 bucks to get in and that covers your racing so what better do you have to do come out and show off your ride!!!!

It was PACKED....It sucked at first b/c that kid wrecked in the HS drags....so we didn't even get in the gates until after 9:15... It wasn't very organized either...there were people going in every direction not knowing what the fuck to do. Also, dipshits were just pulling up into staging with no races...causing mass problems. Not to mention that the stagers were often off in their own world and kept going WAY out of order...making 2-3 of the lanes continually waiting to race..

not to be rude but... there NEVER is a problem with bikes. I personally think they cater to bikes more than cars which I think is BS. we all pay just as much, but bikes get to go down the track more!:)

This is true, i think it might be because the bikes take half as long to get thier shit together as everyone else does :P

I think the spectators like watching the bikes more then the 20 second mini vans and honda's :P

LOL well I can tell you my mustang don`t run 20`s, granted a bike would smoke my ass more than likely but still, we all pay the same amount & bikes shouldn`t get special treatment because they go quicker than us with cars..

this is just my opinion, & most of us know that I always share MY opinion lol

Not true they push theme selfes out there and cut people off! As far as the stageing thing for FNSR that was my fault becuse I did not do it the whole night my bad. I'm shure we will get it toghter for the next time. I must say though we proved there are no 12 second hondas in spokane (that showed up!) and i was really impressed w/ how quick they picked up the tree I myselfe only saw 5 red lights! and that was on the white hiabusa!

well regardless if they just "push" themselves as you say, it doesn`t matter. fact remains they get away with it then, is what your saying...either way its not right, so i guess if i`m out there & they "push" themselves infront of me then i guess i will just say something...

I would just push back! And if one happens to fall well OOOPS.... I find the people who ride them are REALLY stuck up! Which prevents any interest in them at all!??But the video of when they crash is GREAT!

Here is an idea Make them get inline with everyone else, not sitting where cars and other aren't suppose to be..... just a thought!

I agree. I have always wondered why they aren't required to line up with the rest of us. It just seems that with having them there they have an easy opportunity to cut people off while the people running the staging lanes are not looking since they are focusing on the cars in the lanes. I know it has happened to me a couple times where I was on my way to pull out and two bikes fly out in front of me.

When I worked staging the first 2 years of FNSR we had all the bikes in lane 1. I never had a problem with the bike guys this way. They waited just like everyone else and about every 20-30 minutes I would send ALL the bikes, since they do run faster than the cars, and then they would come back and wait.

As far as the needing a race or go to the back...that never happened when I was there. If someone didnt have a race I would find them one in less than 5 minutes. This kept people from parking in the lanes and blocking traffic while looking for races.

There was a ton of cars and people out there and it was pretty damn fun. Finally got a time on the AC Cobra and the best pass of the night was a 9.70@150, took out a couple crotch rockets (ZX10 and a ZX14). The only thing that pissed me off was the oil on the spectator side at the end of the night that no one cleaned up. Other than that we had a blast.

Sorry dude but the bikes never where in lane 1 ! We tried about 3 years ago to put the bikes in with cars its too dangerous! we tried last year to put theme all in lane 10 this worked for a little while. As far as "finding people a race in less than 5 minutes it's impossible I tried that all it manages to do is cause more of a hold up at the front end! the reason staging was a mess is because I did not do it for the first part of the night that's it. I have been doing staging for the last 4 years I don't want anyone to feel like I'm picking and choosing my favorites I treat everyone the same! Another reason the wait in line was so long was because of the lights it takes a little longer to the staging and stuff due to the lights. I'm confident things will run smoother next time!

Are you serious??? You were still having wet dreams about drivers-ed when I was running staging lanes. Dont tell me what did and didnt happen.

I dont know what is so difficult about staging...yeah people still had to wait when I was there, but we had twice the car count that you do.

There is no order of the races whatsoever -- it is ridiculous to watch the stager try and decide who to pick.... its not rocket science to go 1.....2.......3......4......5.......bike..... etc...

It should be simple -- if you don't have a race, you get sent to the back -- end of story

I disagree completely. When I had the white hatch out there no one wanted to race. Some people really dont care to race someone in particular, but no one wants to race the fast cars...so, they dont go anymore and you lose your car count.

It is VERY easy for the person staging to find races for people who couldnt already. And if they dont have on available right away you have the car pull out and to the side until you find them one.

Why dont you just have a staging lane for cars that dont have races and dont care who they race they just want to get a run in. It wouldnt be that hard.

That's a very good point actually...specially being as how they are starting to use lights/times....most people are just trying to get their time down on paper.

This makes sense as well since most people out there are trained to find a race before they stage.
