I spoke with Don earlier asking about putting a car in next year and he said that he may want to squeeze me in this year.
I don't think my car is up to par with a show quality car but that could be interesting.

he said that he check'd and there isn't any room left this year which is good because my car needs some work before it can be up to show quality.

well, they get a lot of submissions for cars and they are hand pick'd for what they think the crowd would like the most is what he said. I'd imagine American Muscle (like yours) would have better chance then a Tuner getting in.

I think it ends up being $30 for entry and you may have to pay another $50 to become part of their club. If you want to be judged it's another $20 I think. They base it on condition, originality, design, details of finish, workmanship and safety features. All of which area easier for the muscle/rod crowd. Anything you do to a 'Tuner' usually takes away from that.

Yea, the show quality there is pretty high. At our area, the Mustangs that are there have literally been taken apart to make sure every nook and cranny is spotless......(and these are cars that are garaged every season except summer!)

That's WRONG!**IEMC has a booth there; I have worked at our station for the past 3 years.**YOU CANNOT get in for free.**You CAN "piggyback" onto someone's entry and get passes for $18 for the weekend.

They ID you because they put your stupid name on the passes.**Today I noticed a bunch of wanna be cops walking around or maybe they were cops lol but I thought that was insane and stupid!**Today is a set up day..wtf!

well set up was going pretty good, and fullers truck looks simply awesome in our booth, he drove it down from his place off Hatch rd. and 395, said it is running good, but the gas mileage is not so good,lol.
