you'll need almost twice as much methanol to gasoline. So... its not really cheaper. ;)

Yeah. I wonder how it evens out. High octane vs. methanol cost per gallon and usage...hmmm.

Well its alot cheaper then running race gas all the time. Now I can run 28psi all the time:P

wow. that is pretty good. So you have your pump on all the time as it stands now?

Well its always on but it doesnt spray inless you get past a certain psi. If you just cruise around all the time out of boost you dont use any. If you are always on the throttle you can use alot.

What kind of setup are you running? I have been debating on either doing a meth setup or cams on my car. I am leaning towards cams to max out the turbo and still be able to keep my psi in the low 20's. The only hold up is just waiting to see some good results on the bc cams.

What kind of car/setup you have?

I am running a SMC progressive pump system with a M15 nozzle. I am also running a failsafe through my Zeitronix that monitors AFR and EGT and cuts boost to 12psi if those get outside my set parameters.

Is it a setup you made of you purchased a kit from someone? I am about to start looking for a new wideband setup as well as I seem to be having a few problems with my inovative lm-1. I have heard some good things about the zeitronix setup. I should have just purchased that setup when I originally got my lm-1 lol oh well. Do you have any upsides/downsides to the zt-2? Also what kind of engine management you running?

Its a kit from SMC that replaces the front intercooler spray bottle on the '03-'04 Evo's.

The Zeitronix wideband is supposed to be the best out there. All the stuff for the wideband and failsafe Ive purchased through TTP-Engineering, they seem to have the best prices.
