Have a drinking water fountain with a chiller built into it.

7+ commercial toilets
7+ motion operated flushometers (flush valves)
2+ urinals

also have some B&G pumps laying around if anyones looking for a cheap replacement for one.

they're like $400 new and the valves are $400ish, it's fooking BALLER! Don't need to use your greasy hands to flush, just walk away.
