So i was tryin to tune the fuel pressure with the fpr i just put on and just in the beginning i was picking up a slight miss lower in the rpm but would easily clear up in the top end, and as i would put a pound or two of fuel in it would clear up, but after time would come back until it finaly ran like complete shit and died. So i thought it was a fouled plug or two and went and got plugs and put in it as well as the factory fpr and it did start back up. but the longer i went it started running crappy again, and the wideband shows like 16.5-19 (very lean). But i was tryin to babie it home running on 2 cylinders when all the sudden it sarts to clear up and run on all 4 again but very lean. But finaly died again and wouldnt start. until it kinda cooled back down. So once i got it fired again i pulled the plug wires and got spark on all four and the fuel pressure showed 38 base fuel pressure. So while it was runnin on like 2 or three cylinders very rough, i pulled the clip off on #1 and it didnt change at all. So im assuming its injectors or the resistor box. Anyone have any input on something i might have overlooked?

Chances are its something in the resistor box wiring, check over connections. If that dosn't work, switch the injector to a diff cylider and see what happens.
And as far as the FPR, its probably best to set the base and tune with Crome. 50psi should be a good starting point.
You might also do a quick compression check just to make sure something isn't already hurt if indeed an injector did crap out.
How do the new plugs look? super rich can cause what looks to be a lean condition through the wideband.

Make sure one of your injectors didn't go static.
Personally I would just deal with "only" 250 hp until you can get some real injectors.
Oh also what plugs are you running? BKR7E's is what you want, $2.50 and Napa.

I am running the BKR7E gapped at .28. the plugs look awesome. And reading about resistor boxes.....everyones saying they wont work off and on, they either work or dont. so im looking at an injector problem i think. The wiring is dead on and perfect, i didnt even cut any wires for the box. Its like its something that warms up and starts to crap out. cause when i first start it when it cold it seems ok, but after 10 minutes it starts with a fine miss and then slowly turns into an issue of it dying.

So i figured it out, lmao. When i put the walbro in its for a dsm so the inlet on the bottom is different compared to the electical plug on the top. Compared to the honda the inlet is in a different place which was putting just up and out of the gas. Which the gauge was till showing i had a quarter of a tank and the pressure gauge was buildin air pressure instead of gas pressure. But i figured it out whin i had the fuel line off the bottom of the filter completely open and went to build pressure and nothing but compressed air ws coming out. DOH! All this after tryin new injectors, resistor box, fpr, ecu, fuel rail.

props to you for figuring that out....i would have never guess that in a million years
