bandit is a very reliable bike, it is basically the old GSXR1100 motor. oil cooled. but they grunt hard and last for ever.

The ninja 650R is good sport touring bike as well. Although it is an inline 2 cyl and sounds like some sort of inline harley (actually a nice sound to it)
