The company i work for has a waterjet machine that cuts up to 3.5" foam and rubber materials. If you want to cut metal i suggest going to either Precision Cutting or Precision H2O. You might be able to get their number from the phone book. if not let me know and i could get it for you when i'm at work because we deal with them also.
