Started acting up after Eric and I took off the TB to replace the TB/intake,TB/elbow gaskets & installed the m4 injector into the UICP pipe.??
Currently my BISS screw is tightnend all the way in & ISCPostion only reads 10 via DSMlink.??There is air entering somwhere.??I need to do another Boostleak down test to check the M4 injectors seal aginst the UICP.?? When the car was cold last night I ajusted the RawThrotPos to 32 and TPSvolts to .63v.??I warmed the car up and the fucking RawThrotPos went to 37 & volts to .71.??Durring warm idle condition the stepper motor (ISC) is not on (IdleSw 0).??I belive this is because of the abnormaly high raw values at idle and the TPS the butterfly is being pulled open by the throttle (might be).??Durring cold idle the ISC does turn on (IdleSw 1) and attempts to contole idle around 750 rpm (dsmlink set at 750).??I'm hopeing my throttle cable is to tight so I'm going to try and loosen the tention via the slider cable on the intake tonight.??
My PLX and A/F line up at cold idle, but do not line up at warm idle.??PLX reads stoch while A/F pegged @ 18.0:1 with the 50hz slider at 0.??I've taken out -3% from the 50hz slider to get my LTFTlow to -.9%, and noticed the A/F came down 1.5:1 AFR.??That really makes me think idle is beeing effect from a leak somehwhere.??Eric can I come up Weds evening use your boost/vac leakdown?
