You can order a new turbine shaft and maybe a turbine housing, and i guess you might as well get a whole rebuild kit while you are at it.

I might be able to tackle it since i'll be done with school next week, or you can try TurboNuts.

For parts ive had good luck with turbocity (714)639-4933

EDIT: Have you checked the compressor wheel too? if the bearings failed chances are the turbine shaft and compressor wheel is toast, that might mean time for new turbo.

Save your money and buy a new turbo, that thing is a paperweight.

Looks like the motor spit some parts thru that bad boy to bend the fins over like that. The turbine is the most expensive part unfortunately but since it just got damaged from engine chunks, the rest is probably just fine. The exh. housings are tough as hell too and probably lived thru it. I could take a look at it for ya if you want. To order a new turbine you first have to measure the shaft to see if it's undersize or not. It looks fairly fresh so it may not need much else besides the turbine and exh. seal ring. Still would be cheaper to fix if the rest of it checks out ok.

I think turbines are around 100 bucks and i bet the rest of it is still good. That kind of damage doesn't usually hurt anything else unless it was used for a long time damaged. The imbalance can eat up the bearings pretty bad. Probably 100 bucks and 50 bucks labor to change it out.
The parts are balanced individually so it should be ok to just replace the turbine. Technically, turbo's are balanced as a rotating assembly to be dead on accurate but i have never had a problem yet just repairing it. Hell, most balance jobs on turbo's look hideous anyway like they attacked the backside of the wheels with a bastard file!
