car is located in tacoma washington, can be delivered to spokane for a price if needed.
Thinking about selling my 242t or trading it for a nice DD. I'm looking for $1500obo for the car.
Specs:
- $9k in documented maintenance work from '93 (more on that when I transcribe the pile of receipts)
-straight body
-no power options (except steering)
-clean interior except worn seats
-4th owner
-turbo boosts nice @ ~6psi
-OD/5th gear doesn't work
-needs engine mounts installed
-papers in the glovebox say it weighs 2800lbs w/o driver
-starts a little hard because the cold start injector doesn't work
-extremely reliable
- b21ft has forged rods and when intercooled can hold lots and lots of boost (I was running 17# on a stock setup on my other turbo volvo)

(rear seats aren't too bad)
The car drives great, the trans bangs on the tunnel though if you are hard on the gas because of the worn engine mount. Just flushed the engine, transmission and coolant system with new fluid. super straight body. I replaced the OD solenoid, but still don't have a 5th gear. I think there is a short in the wires going to the solenoid, it might not be getting any power. I also have new heavy duty engine mounts for it that I haven't installed yet. (the driver's mount was sheared off, causing the grinding noise)

I discovered the car has a dealer option 3.73:1 rearend while i had the car up on a lift too...Let me know if there is any interest.
