Have a buddy with a basically stock 350 in his truck and hes got a flat lobe, so I'm looking for a stock or RV or other sutible cam for him. Free would be great but a few bucks could be floated if you really wanted it. Clean out your garage and post up, thanks!

Beau, call Delta and order a new cam. I would really be affraid of sticking a used cam in a motor unless you have the matching lifters to go with it. I would also be concerned about where the lobe went and if there is any debris in the motor.....

i agree...good rule of thumb is the cams and lifters are a full component...and need to ask yourself, why did the lobe go flat?

Oh its a work truck, will get a new motor sometime type situation so he just wanted to see if anyone has a cam that will get him by and toss some new lifters on it. I agree that the reason it went flat and where the lobe went are good questions that should probably be answered before another cam is tossed in new or used. Thanks guys.
