Twin turbo 350 info?

My buddy has a jeep with a carbed 350 in it and he's set on hooking up a turbo or two on it. He can fab everything at his shop but doesn't know anything about turbos and I don't know anything about turbos and carbs but I know you guys do. Where's some good info on what to run for a carb on a 350 with a small amount of boost?

Also, what's a popular turbo or pair of turbos to run on a home made turbo kit for the 350? It's just a crate 350, that's all he told me.
