I am signing the paperwork tomarow and having it shipped the next day, should be here by the end of the week.??

Brand new 05" 350z 35th anniversary edition fresh from a warehouse in Cali.
Cant mention names yet but some sponsors are already lined up and once I get contracts signed work will begin and more info will be released.

I expect this project to take at least few years to complete.??Once the car gets here and my Prelude sells I will post the first batch of parts Im ordering as well as pics as the car develops.??Dont expect much until winter since thats when I will be doing the work.??While the Prelude was mostly for show, this will be mostly for go.??No huge stereo plans or crazy fabrications.??Nothing but funtional and clean goodness.

Ohh the rims and other goddies are on the way, damn special order from Japan takes 60-90 days:( It will be worth the wait.
I must say that out of all the parts I have installed on a car these have fit better then anything. No adjustments needed at all, bolt holes lineup right up with perfect fitment.

There is nothing more functional then that when buying aero parts.**Do some research on the parts before you make a comment about them being "rice".**

I have a rear diffuser from Top Secret on the way. Ordering a carbon rear hatch soon from them as well. Im going to go FI this next winter but Im still weighing options. There are some good twin turbos as well as single turbo setups. HKS has also redesigned a SC for it which is out in Japan but not available for US spec cars right now. I figure by the time its goes in the garage again some pending kits will be out and there will be even more data on the existing ones so I can make the best choice.

Im not going to argue much about this. There is to much data out there that says these parts are quality and are funtional. I just started working on the car, so no its not a track whore.....its not even close to done. A bolt on intake??? Yeah that would make sense seeing how Im going FI in the future so those parts are usless. Yes the exaust adds power, more important it titanium which saves weight and the piping is larger which works better for FI....gee wiz maybe I have a plan. Then you want to bitch about my color choice and every other color would be better? Does another color make my car faster? I got yellow because they made Ultra Yellow as the special color for 05. My car is a 35th ann edition and in ultra yellow which makes it rare. Those are the reasons I bought it. I buy parts that I like and that have actual uses for what Im doing. I guess i can identify with Dustin, b/c ive never understood import show cars. You "invest" lots of money to win cheap trophys and get "ohhh ahhh" from strangers. You gain the envy of people who are just as plastic, thats all. Basicly you spend money to impress people so they can think you are cool. Am i missing something?

I sold the Prelude which was a "show car".**While this is being used for promotions with Excelerator and going to other shows Im not building this to compete in them in the way the Prelude did.****My #1 goal with this project is building a well balanced car for street and track over time.** On the flip side I built the Prelude to win awards and compete in the "Wild" catigory as the focus.** In shows cars are usually placed in either a mild or wild catigory.**With most judges as soon as you do conversion, cut metal or molding you are placed in that catigory in case you are not familier.

You say that at Import car shows you just invest money to impress people, I guess you can say that about all car shows if thats your outlook. I see it as a way for people that have similar intrests to get together display their work and ideas, weather its a show car or something thats in a full race catigory. So if you have a car in the show or come to look at them its more about community. If you win an award, great but that shouldnt be the only reason for going. IMO

Right now I have some Cusco sway bars on order, those will be in before Excelerator. This winter Im going to order some coilovers and maybe Cusco A arms. Researching the coilovers so I dont know what brand I will go with. Leaning toward Cusco and Tein so far.....

Cusco sways are in! Bushings are on the way, once they get in Im going to install and post up some pics. Apparently the exhaust is in a container somewhere in the ocean so about 2-3 weeks before that gets in...hopefully with the rear diffuser too.

The car will be picked up next week for transport to GTM in California. GTM is the leading VQ tuner in the U.S. They have taken an interest in the project and have plans for an exciting build. Not only will the car be equipped with one of the 1st HKS GT Superchargers in the country but it will be the 1st outside HKS to be modified for well over 400whp in the U.S.
This will be a 2 part build with GTM. I will list what we are doing this year below with the bottom end, cams and other goodies being done next winter.

Keep checking on here and on the Excelerator website as I will post pics of the progress. I also will post dynos and some videos of progress in reaching over 400whp on the stock block, the car is expected to be finished and shipped back by the end of March.

Tranny is done and on, SC is on and they are machining the custom pulley. F-CON Vpro, knock amp, hks navigator and the other electronics are in. Stop Tech brake upgrade and suspension work should be done today. Waiting on my Cosworth Plenum to get in so once thats there and the pulley is finished its tuning time=D I should have some progress pics from GTM to post up soon....

Well Cosworth is dragging ass like crazy on getting the plenum to them which is really the only thing holding more progress back. They plan to start tuning with the stock manifold Monday. When that happens it will be with the stock pulley (6lbs) and then the 9lbs and 11lbs custom ones. This way gains from stock to the final pulley will be documented. Once thats done its either wait more for Cosworth or hopefully it will actually be in by then...

How are you installing your V1? On my Vette I have an invisicord so the radar detector gets the power from the autodimming rear view mirror. I'm pretty sure 350Z's also have an invisicord application.

Also let me know how you like the ZR3, I was looking at that too.

Its the old hwy down to Lewiston. You turn off right before the new one starts going downhill. Its full of twisties and you can see the whole run from the top. I always wait until its clear of cars then do an down and back, watch again and repeat..

I own Marble Productions which does events every month to 2 months. We also do DJ bookings, graphics work and web design. Part of my Excelerator budget and sponsors paid for many things on the car. Also since Im a student my aid pays for my rent and bills here in Moscow for the most part allowing me to save money for silly stuff like this. I have been working on this car for several years, I didnt do all of it at once.

Some may say, hey you dont have a HR engine its a DE... Well friends this is where the build gets even more crazy. GTM will be modifying and installing a GTR R35 intake manifoild which will give me duel intakes and throttle bodies. This will be a 1st of its kind install.

Well we were going to do a custom SC setup with a Rotex charger that was efficent to 600hp. For how much I would spend on fabricating this one off setup I could afford the TT's. So after taking to Sam at GTM about goals we decided that the TT would be a better choice.

This setup is efficent to 700whp, turbos can be upgraded if I wanted down the road. I would end up with more torque then the SC could ever do as well. So even though I will be selling my exhaust, SC, hood and plenum with spacer in the long run I think I will be happier with this. After all the end goal is to have what would be considered a Z that can run with the super cars. The addition of a GTR R35 plenum and a twin intake/throttle body setup will also add a one off look.
