NIevo has the fastest 4 cyl. locally owned in the Spokane/CDA area.

There is the Talon out of Moses lake (Kaizenspeed built) that went 10.09@141.99mph a couple weeks ago. I think this is the fastest pass made by a 4 cyl. door car ever at SRP. But its not a local person.
