Build my forged shortblock? Im looking for a local (at least in WA) shop to build my bottom end with forged internals. Any suggestions?

Or does anyone here have experience want to make some extra money? (You must know what you are doing! I only want to do this once!)

Thanks!

Well what Im wanting to do is buy a bare block that has already been machined and bored .30 over and then buy an mmr rotating assembly, then have a machine shop or someone experience install the internals for me.

I would try to install them myself but I dont trust myself with the ring gaps and details....

if u just need it assembled we can do that for u @ shelleys performance. i have experience with modular engines. what are these kits uve found, it best to fit the pistons to the bore. nothing stone standard. 891 0177

I was looking into the mmr rotating assemblies. They start at $1700 but with the upgrades Im looking at it will be closer to $2400. What kind of experience with modular engines do you have?
