Ya Mikey, the NPSA looks and sounds like a great bunch to go racing with, the 10.50 index class sounds like a blast, that and it will be a nice vacation for the truck instead of juicing the shit out of it to run faster.

2 full passes may be generous...
I grew up with Jr. and work for Sr. so we may have never met. That thing had so many gremlins: fuel, electrical, tranny. The 62 Buick Murder Mobile (smells like death) if we ever start working on it had better be trouble free or hes going to get out of this whole headache of cars all together.

I am getting my mustang in the garage here this weekend depending on the snow, so i should be able to get that in the 2 weeks or less. BTW i know they look good in viper red i built one 2 years ago just like that. Kid in oregon owns it now.

hey ben what cam was in that car. how big of cam do u think a stock piston 302 w/gt heads n hydrilic cam, i have a hydr-603 lift cam i want to use.

It was the second biggest cam comp makes in their nitrous line for the roller fords, i want to say 286ish area, you'll have to check. I'll check at lunch.

This is the one i had in the red car, .565 I, .580ish E, Its probably as big as you can go without flycutting the pistons, you'll have to clay them though still, i was ok but i had edelbrock heads on that car.

BTW i just had delta cams over in tacoma regrind it for me and used longer pushrods for just over $100 vs. $300+.
