Hah and Ian (idk if thats ur name) but he has one of the old cars i traded off :) lol Actually this car is prety nice, interior is perfect, motor runs good and has some power to it, the rims have color matched holes and all in all its prety nice. for 1700 its not bad. mpg is good insurance isnt as expencive.. i'm liking it alot we'll see how long. And most of the cars wernt registered. the only ones registered were: 96 civic 89 supra 92 explorer and the 97 saturn. The prelude is getting emissions tomorow and registered aswell. I'll post up some pictures as it progresses.

on a side note. Does anyone have an idea why the locking mechanism on it wouldnt work, like it wont lock with a key or with the interior lock on either door (driver door interior lock thing is broke anyways.) But that and a bit of idle surge when you start it up and untill warm. (that could be caused by what?) thats about all its problems besides a few dents.

oh you might all be serious but its a joke to me because i know many people who buy and sell as many cars as i have even more. I just ask more advice on them because i dont have anywhere better to ask. Theres a lot of people who know a lot on here and its kinda nice to learn. I just like a variety of cars its not bad trying to find what kind you like. I would have kept the 92 civic i had if it didnt have a stripped out interior and no heat.. lol woulda kept the saturn if it felt right, woulda kept the jeep if i liked it enough. I just had to find a car i like, and so far this one i like.

Day in day out our forum is polluted with your bi-monthly "Hey I just traded my moderately abused, barely maintained, average commuter car for another moderately abused, barely maintained, average commuter car" threads.

Followed up by "I know its not worth putting a lot of money into it cause its a cheap car, so I decided Im only gonna look into a few things for it. I was thinking only doing a full blown custom paint job, body kit, some ricey (LOLZ!) exhaust, maybe intake, turbo, fully built engine (ebay has a kit for like 700 buckz), airbag suspenshun all around, and maybe lambo doors" for what? All four doors of a fucking saturn?!?!

Then, typically a week or two later we find you back posting about another fucking car...

Of course the entire forum once again tells you you're retarded. Ok, maybe every once in a while you might get some kinda words of encouragement from a member or two... But those guys suck ass anyways (jaime) and anything coming from them should be disregarded.

I dont hate you kid, but Ninja bear has said some wise words. It kind of gets old when you post every week FS thread, WTB/WTT or how do I fix this and that threads. This forum isnt this old since Eric took the ownership of it but most of the posts Id probably say were posted by you.
I like a lot of different cars. Guess what, I dont sell my Charger, Cobra etc every month and trade it for something else just cause I like other cars as well. There is a limit as how much money you should spend on a certain car and if you really like car, stick with it. Ive had my mx-3 for over 6 years and I don't plan on changing it, although I wouldnt mind S2k right now or 350Z, etc. There are other priorities in life, maybe you should learn them, ie: paying your bills, mortgage, getting your own place if you havent already. Getting a steady well-paying full-time job so that way you can save up for something better.
Im not sure if you are bipolar person or what but you seem to change your interest in cars overnight.

I do change my car interests. but i've found after many cars i like hondas the best out of them for their cheapness and ease of working on them. Silver. you honestly have 2 of the most sought after cars in the enthusiest communities. Why would you want to sell them? there completely awesome. Brandon may hate me but he has to admit when i had my supra i had a decent plan for the n/a-t instead of just a gte swap.. His car is what i wished mine would look like.. I guess i'm just in a hurry to have an awesome car. Being on this site and seeing everyone with their new project si or srt-4 or charger, or cobra it just made me think about how much i'd love to have a car that people would actually not just say.. well its a piece of shit.. he owns it so he must not take care of it. Whenever i get a car I take it in and have somone look at it.. and fix what they say needs to be fixed and it kind of leaves me no money to mod it.. so i get tired of it, and sell it for something different. With this one i lucked out, i got a car i've liked and its been sitting for 6 months. So the guy got rid of it cheap. Its in great condition too. So i can do what i'd like with it, with plenty of aftermarket. I dont have to worry about finding a new interior or whole new motor right away, i can drive it and mod it.. thats why i like it.. sorry for all the posts everyone i'll stay away as best as possible.. but i'll probably make a post or two about your cars because thats what i do. I wont ask any more advice or tell anyone about a new car i'll jsut keep it to myself like you want. Or if you'd reather have me gone i'll just have eric delete the acount..

dude, nobody wants you gone, at least not myself. you just need to learn a bit about how to post a post. How would they come back at me, etc. Just have to think before you post. You know my first car was 88 civic dx 4dr so I worked and worked instead of spending money on it (every time I thought about it I wanted to make it faster, etc) I didn't spend any money on it rather than maintenance (very good decision for 18 yr old kid, my age at that time) I saved up and got me my mx-3. It everything youd want in daily driver. Of course I knew its not gonna be turning as much attention as my other 2 cars so I got those and while driving my mx3 I keep working on my other 2 cars. Just my 2c is not to spend too much money on a car that's so old, just make sure it runs good and sell it, buy something better/newer. Or drive it till it dies to work and save money on a down payment on a house, its the ultimate investment kid. While those 2 cars are cool I know that there are better cars out there.
Btw old prelude isnt going to get you much attention. Id fix it till it runs good and go find a muscle car to restore or something more rare and faster. My advice is just stick with one car, make a new years resolution not to sell it. At least not this year :) lol A 4x4 Jeep wasn't bad driver either with all the snow we had recently.

lol you just said you get a crappy car you sell or trade it.. well honestly i started out with a 78 chevy and ended up with a prety nice prelude, I'm planning on getting an apartment and saving for a downpayment on a house, thats why none of my cars really had any money in them. And they wernt really worth it. This one i could see putting some decent rims on and and maybe a cat back and air intake and leaving it alone. Everyone loves having big plans for cars even if you dont do them. But thing being i loved the jeep but my gf lives in mead and i couldnt afford to keep going out there all the time. So i got some studed snow tires for the prelude and i'm going to drive it untill it stops. I dont expect attention, thats what prelude si's are all about, 4ws and an h22 lol. Its a basic prelude with the same motor as an accord not much to it. I'd just like to drive it save, move out, and get a place with my gf. I'm 17 and have had as many cars as many old men have had.. maybe its time to stop.. eventually i will.. but i know i couldnt afford 3 cars now or even in the near future. s281 saleen mustangs are awesome (i think i got the code right) but i know i couldnt afford one.. its a dream, so are other cars. But I know i say it a lot but it'll be here for a while.. especially with gas so high 28mpg is nice
