Is there any local mustang meetings any time soon or is there even a local mustang club? I'd like to attend if there's a planned show on a friday/weekend.

are you actually a member of that club? It seems interesting (monthly meets and cruises, etc)

I'm not, but I should be. I helped them raise money for some damn thing, last year, mostly by bringing my penny jar and dumping it in their boot, then hanging out with them. We went for coffee after.

There was a kid, in a wheelchair who was there. The club restored the inside of his engine bay, because he couldn't get in there. Buncha guys just showed up one day with paint and everything. It's a show car now.

His is the green one on the right. Uncategorized - missed the middle (http://www.putfile.com/pic/7839873)

that's cool of them to help out. What does $20 cost cover? I also didn't see dates for shows. Only says its every third week of the month...

Yeah, they meet at... the longhorn? Every third thursday or something like that, for meetings about what all is going to happen. Last year, they went to the track on a FNSR Two supercharged GTs went at it for the first race. Neither broke 14 seconds.

Call Bob Barton at.... lemme find his number.... oops. Barry Barton at (509) 468-8730. He can tell you who to talk to. I haven't heard from him in a while. His wife had cancer. I hope she's ok.

Barry used to be the president, I think. It's such a cool organization. Coupla blowhards too, of course. I'd love to mock them, if I was a member.

I don't do a lot of volunteer work but I'd like to and they really do a lot of that so that really attracted me.

The blue one ran 12.9?, but that was his last run.

12.9 is pretty decent but I hope he didn't have any other mods! I ran 13.2, and I am a poor little NA Mustang.

The Mustang club does a lot of cruises, I believe and a lot of get-togethers. Loads of members. I think that dork from "Rousch" is one of the members. When I emailed Rousch about his car, they had no comment on whether or not it was a "real" Rousch Mustang. Everyone was doubting and I was going to out him. Dork. The whole club mocks him behind his back. I was planning on a full frontal mock assault, as is my style. :p He might hate me but the rest of the club....
