I am in need of a phantom grille for my 96 chevy suburban...88-99 c/k chevy.
I also need some new headlights. Mine are getting pretty yellowed. I have used the meguiars clear plastic cleaner 2-step process and it works a little but not as good as new. I am looking for some aftermarket style headlights. Any style is ok. I can get brand new oem @ spalding for only $62/ pair. Much better than the dealerships $256 for the same pair.

aren't they about a grand or so though? I don't want to spend that kind of money.

No you can get the ones that plug into the stock headlights for around $150. FSC has a vendor that sells them

They are HID's made by Sylvania called Xenarc, they replace the whole headlight. I want to get another set

I currently have the Sylvania Silverstars and they don't seem to make too much difference but I think some of that is obviously due to me not adjusting my beams since I've lifted the truck. I will definitely be looking into those HID's at those prices..Thanks Quiksilverz71. I will be ordering the Phantom grille this week. Do I still use the factory headlight housings behind the phantom grille? Or will the new grille have new housings since it is behind the grille. I'm only asking to see If I need to buy the new glass(plastic) for the headlights so I can get this thing on ASAP. Thanks guys for your advice.

I'm not sure about the housings with that grille, I think they will be find. Ya those Silverstars are ok but nothing special, I have them in my 2000.
