yeah i did, he got something like a $850 ticket.. man i was furious! Gives me a reason to paint the car a different color, now that im not just looking for a gold door :(
my dvd/cd player didnt even skip tho.. thats quality lol
did you have underinsured/uninsured coverage?
But the good news is that your tax dollars will probably go toward this DB's $850 ticket in the form of welfare$$$ :D Its almost like you get to pay for the ticket of the guy who ran into you :D But of course dont forget that he will be in court tying up the system and get it reduced to $100 because he has no money and some liberal judge will have pitty on him. Thats how we do it here in America......

This crap pisses me off... a week after we got the TA some drunk bastard tried flying accross Maple as I was just going down it at a normal speed. He saw me and slammed on his brakes and ended up hitting the passenger door. Got out and it was scuffed to hell. He tried telling me it was there before he hit me... after I cleaned it the day before. Called the popo and they told me to wait there for three hours until someone could get there meanwhile the guy drove off. Told them what was going on and they didn't seem to concerned. Went and found the guy and confronted him and asked for insurance info, "oh I don't have any" was the response. Went and cleaned up the scuffs and thought hell no biggie. Than went to go open the door and heard a cracking... the support of the door is cracking (fiberglass) and is caused the door to sag so now we got a nice gap where the window is suppose to seal and the door is slowly tearing away paint. Body shop wanted $2k to repair the door and paint. $200 out and pull and save and about $350 at KC autopaint until I got the door half ass right and I got a replacement door. Now to find the time to finally replace it. :(
I will be the first to say Insurance in itself is a crock of shit to deal with. But if you are going to drive like a dumbass and put yourself/others at risk at least be covered.

Kick ass. I like huge cops better than short, skinny, mustached ones, who try to make up for the rest with an attitude. The S.W.A.T. team captain I worked for was one of the coolest bosses I have ever had. I asked why he quit the force and he said he realized he was getting out of control and thought he would really hurt someone. Started having difficulty controlling his anger, on raids.
No insurance... I feel like the cops ought to seize and boot the vehicle to keep the uninsured from driving. Unlicensed too.

I pay $288 every six months on the Mustang, for full coverage. It went down again :)
When people's houses get blown away in hurricanes, my insurance company sends adjusters with checkbooks. They show up, check out your place, and will write you a check right there for the full amount of your policy, plus up to 18 months of living in a hotel, while your house is rebuilt. How badass is that?
Very few people love their insurance company. I love mine. And they love me. We are consenting adults so there's nothing you can do about our affair!
