98 Vortec 350

I've got a Vortec 350 that i'd like to get out of my garage to free up an engine stand. The engine had about 80k on it when the vehicle rolled and it ran upside down, eventually locking up the main bearrings. I had Jones turn the crank 10/10 and was planning on freshening it up but just don't have the time or the space. The rest of the engine is in very good shape and is very clean inside. It has been run through the hot washer and it almost perfectly clean. I'd like to get $400 out of it but i'm open to offers.

Oh I forgot to mention this is a complete engine. Throttle body to pan, water pump, exhaust manifolds, coil, distributor, wires, etc.

I don't know how clear I was before but the engine is disassembled right now. Needs rings, bearrings, and head gaskets. These are really easy to convert to run the factory EFI, which was my origional plan with this one.
