View Full Version : Aspen sound?
Well.. I know eric does alarms but decided to go with a place with a warenty on labor (even though i trust him, shit happens) It has no power door locks, so I'm having to pay for the actuators and install, its a 2 way alarm with remote start, ignition kill, etc. I went to car toys and circuit city but they all ignored me, even when i asked for some help. Snows wanted $685 and had crappy customer service, and i seen them driving a truck into their install place at 30 in the parking lot, and from all the horror stories.. HELL no. Aspen sound was really good at customer service, and gave me a still high quote of $600 out the door with a lifetime warenty but its an investment to make sure you dont loose the car i guess.. I'll get flamed for paying so much and for putting remote start on a car w/o a heater, but heater is going to go in when I'm further in school. So does anyone have any experiece with aspen?

i worked at aspen for 7 years and the customer service that i gat from before i worked there and after i worked there has been awsome, Which aspen store did you go to?
The one by the light northside where you turn for costco

that would be the north store which has been there for 20 years , thats a good history to have and still be there. That alone should tell you that the company is a good one to deal with.

Aspen is very good. I've been acquaintances with Brian and Kirk for nearly 20 years.
Sounds on Wheels in the valley is good too. Would be worth a call.

Well. At least you have a lifetime warranty as you said. Its worth it if you actually keep the car.

I have had very good luck with them. Im going to put them to the test this summer fiberglassing the rear of my car and what not so we will see what they say.

everyshop has had their issues....but Aspen has seemed to be least of problamatic and I know a few times they've taken care of their mistakes. I'm sure any probs they have had was a lazy kid working, not the shop itself.
Keep in mind though that some of those remote starts/alarms can cause problems in themselves seperate from the installer.

Aspen FTW, I have always had a good time working with them over the years.
One of the only places I would trust with my car around here.

Not to hijack but with fiberglassing and what not, are they good with understanding what you want. I already have over half the work done, I just need to have it fiberglassed.
