I was on the spokane county motorsports park website. It stated that a tentative date of 21feb there will be a pre-season tech inspection. no location was given as yet. no other info given as to who or what else. the snow will hopefully be melted.

are they looking to tech chasis or everything over all Cause i wont be done with the motor and tranny work by then? I prob wouldnt be done till about late March.

I just heard this as well. Jay is supposed to have some more information on Thursday.

ask Jay when they plan on starting to work on the track. some dates for races have already ben posted. maybe alittle update would be nice to hear from them.

I spoke with him breifly last Friday and he says that as soon as the weather cooperates they will begin the process for the concrete launch pad.

Jay is scheduled to speak at the progas meeting on Thursday and give some updates...I will pass along any information I get.

Will it be ready in time? I know some concrete sets up better than others but I guess it takes a year to *really* set. I hope the pad is ready for the abuse of launches.

I am sure they will have the concrete figured out, It is going to be so nice to have a good dragstrip right here in spokane, remember they have concrete that will cure under water.....:bigthumbs:
