wish i had gotten a desk job for winter time. oh well, i like money so i'll just suck it up and get that paycheck...

I do. Well, did. I got laid off yesterday :(:(:(. Really sucks because this was the first job I decently liked, and paid pretty well too. I didnt mind working outside too bad. Anybody know of anyone hiring??? :o

I have been working on top of the Northern Quest expansion and it has been foggy as hell for almost 3 weeks up there, you know the good freezing fog!!! Makes that roof slick!!

The new Gonzaga dorms have been pretty sweet to work on.

No heat yet, and friggin ice/water over the whole damn building. lol.

They started 6 months late because of the "economy" (right....) and they still want it done by next school year..lol.

roof got mostly done last week, and they want the 5th floor handed over to the sheetrockers in 2 weeks. It aint gonna happen.

I think its great when they think they can start a project 6 mos late and just want everyone to work twice as hard!

I like being handed a job slip that needs done ASAP, a job that will take a minimum of a week, with OT and help, and I get a call from the contractor asking why the cabinets have not been installed yet, before I have started on the job. I just hand the phone over.
