So a guy in an assphalt truck backed up into me. Paid me off, so I am planning on waiting till winter is over to get it fixed. About 600 bucks.

Well, somebody decided to use my front bumper to practice backing up, again, but this time took off. gonna be about 1,300 now.

I am planning on using American Auto body on trent as I know the people. But I was wondering if anyone can lead me to another place to get it done at a better price, with good quality.

It's a 2002 silver civic, and no I have not raced you, cuz with my massive 109 horsepower you would not stand a chance.

I've used American. Super nice people, do a great job. Can't say they are the cheapest...But you can trust them to do a good job.

what are you asking about "better price". Define "better price". You don't think that bodyman/painter is getting paid fair? Are you trying to have body shop fix it for cheap that way you can take rest of the check home?
I wouldn't be surprised about that as many people do that.
I would check with Craig's (it's behind zip's on Francis) or Ed's Premier (it's on Francis also). Both shops do quality work.

Nope, this was not argument at all. I'm familiar what body shops/tow companies do and what customers do. 90% of customers never get their cars done after getting a check from insurance company, unless it's really bad. I'm aware how people try to save some money and rather have some guy working out his garage do their car for 1/2 price of check they get.

Are you talking about American Way Autobody? If so, they're a client of mine. Kevin the owner is super nice.

Cool, I just did not want to fix my car in the middle of winter and have it get a rock chip like always happens, so I took the money and put it into the car payment.

And now since winter is coming to an end I need to start looking into getting it fixed and I might as well try to find a good deal.

Whats funny about American Way is that I have known them for quite a few years but did not know they ran the place. I just knew they did good work.
