As the title states, im looking for a 1st gen cylinder head. Let me know if you or someone you know has one. Ive got cash!

Heads and trannys. Seem to be the popular things that local dsm guys are looking for theses days. Trevor owes me a good head and if i somehow get it from him (NOT FIGGIN LIKELY!) Ill hook you up fo sho man.

P off #dsm was selling a pretty damned nice one a couple weeks ago, not sure if he stil has it but it's built enough to easily handle 800hp :-)

Are you still looking for a DSM head? I just got a complete 2g engine.

Yes but what im really after is a 1g head in decent shape...I hear the 2g heads don?t flow as well so I might pass you up on that. But just to be curious what would you want for it?

If have a 2nd gen exhaust header I would definitely that off your hands - mine is starting to crack in the usual place...

Im willing to go down $40 on a 2g manifold if its in decent shape maybe more if its ported. I just need something to tide me over until upgrade to the evo III or tublar.

I would just give you the engine valve cover too oil pan. Its in the back of my truck and I hate to just throw it away.:(

I'm going to keep the exhaust manifold just for a back up in case mine cracks.

Sure! Anything youve got i will take :-) Valve Cover, Oil Pan, etc. I can pick it up or you can come by my place (im on the north side). My TSi is out of comission due to a driveshaft rebuild :-(

a1320talon- Does that sound reasonable for your mainfold?

I dont have a manifold. I have the head that is quote unquote garbage for 45. i personaly dont think its garbage but its just sitting in my floor right now.

K...Can i come by and take a look at it. Even if it is garbage i may take it and use it as a core....

I drop the engine off at Reids shop. So if you want I can call him and set up a time to have you pick it up.

I have a 1G head I would part with but it needs to be look at. I would take $40.00 for it.
