What meth kit was that, and how did you like tuning with it? That is a killer ride!!

The Challenger is a benchmark Mopar - well executed! Hope your trip is good and that Mopars at the Strip is a winner. What speeds/times do you see for the Challenger and Coronet? Think I made a big mistake in not having you drag the Redtruck to Vegas.

Well, just got back from the Mopars at the Strip in Vegas and the Challanger did awesome, it took 1st place in the E-body modified class out of 22 cars, and is getting a magazine write up in Mopar Muscle.
We also got to make a pass with it on the street tires and it ran a 11.20 @ 128.8 mph with a 1.82 60 foot, the runs where done on Michelin Sport Pilot tires and they held pritty good even in first gear. That is with a tighter street convertor and 3.55 gears.
So Congrats to Chris for a Bad Ass Challanger. I think it is also in the Auto Boat Speed Show this weekend.
here are a cpl pics from this weekend, Note the slicks on it, we did not have time to put them on so it made his only time run on the piolts.

Nice time on street tires! I think some of my cousins were down there watching those races. They're huge mopar fans.

The Methenol kit is a stage one kit from Snows, Just uses a boost pressure sensor switch and comes on at 8 psi, I did not tune it to the edge incase of the methenol running out i did not want it to get hurt if he was not able to fill it. The meth did add 20 hp to the tires, that was the only change between runs.

Chris's Challanger ended up with a 3rd place i believe in the ProTouring class. I didn't even have time to do a build sign or have any imfo on display.
