Finally, my collection is complete... as complete as any collection gets. My sniper system is complete and shipping to my FFL dealer from DPMS. Its a DPMS SASS .308 AR10, and will have a Surefire supressor attached. I need to figure out what I will do for optics, but other than that I am very happy with my little stockpile. I thought I would attach a pic of my collection.

I'm surprised you went with a suppressed, precision .308 in semi. As far as suppressers, it seems like a better idea to go with a semi auto in more of a short or medium range "tactical" configuration and a bolt action in a precision "sniper" config. Unless you've got the adjustable gas system that you can turn off or at least close to off, you're still going to hear some noise out of that semi auto action. Regardless, that'll still be a fun gun with sub sonic rounds. Kudos!

How much did the AOW shotty cost you, if you don't mind me asking. AOWs are very attractive class 3s with the $5 transfer as opposed to the $200 fee but it seems like every class manufacture wants an arm and a leg for a modified $200 shotgun.

Well, a couple things. Firstly, the rifle that I am recieving soon has the adjustable gas system, and is built to be supressed. It was DPMS' contribution to the new SASS search by the military (Armalite won). Also, the Surefire supressor is a quick detach while retaining zero, so all I have to do now is find a bolt rifle in .308 or .300 winchester mag and add the special flash hider that the Surefire can fits on, and I can move them back and forth.
As far as the 14" shotgun, the powers that be have been finicky about signing off on the AOW for them. Good luck, but the gun itself is worth around $350.
Whats up with all the AR-15s? The only reason I put together an AR-15 was for plinking with my wife, I hate 5.56 due to stories I have heard from people coming back from the sand box. I'm really tempted to build or buy a PTR-91 just because I love H&K crap :)
Speaking of the wife, I am tempted to buy the FN 5.7 pistol for her. I dont really like the cartrige, but she complains about recoil and is afraid to double-tap. If I got her the 5.7, she would have 20 rounds, no recoil, no muzzle climb, and a lightweight gun. On the cons, the round itself is basically a hopped up .22... Any opinions? The size is fine since she would be carrying in her purse. She also likes my H&K, and the Springfield XD .40...

Fuck the stories, I've been there. The 5.56 is more than capable and a better round for the military than the 7.62. If you start moving into hunting rounds or TAP ammo, the 7.62 takes the lead but as far as ball, the 5.56 has proven over and over that it's a better round and does more damage to humans and barriers.

I'm done with ARs now, I'm finishing my 3 AKs then moving onto main battle rifles. I need another safe lol.

And I have the 5.7, it's the ugliest gun ever but the gimick is sweet. The libtards have that pistol in their sights for an all out ban along with the .50BMG. Get em while you can.

Yeah, very tempting, I may just grab one. Almost all of my guns are soon to be banned, just wish I was around in '85 to buy some full auto serials :)

Nice. I have that same H&K minus the supressor. Also have an AR-15 but no real goodies. Have a Leupold Scope on it is all. Also have a Walther PPK.
