View Full Version : Aspen sound North
I'm very dissapointed. They installed my alarm for the cost of snows doing it WITH remote start. They said they were going to install a hood pin, and didnt. They messed up the door pin wiring when they first did it and it took them two hours to fix it when it messed up a couple days later. Now it says the hood is open when it doesnt even have a hood pin. Also, VERY poor service when you come in with a problem. They'll be seeing me again on monday or tuesday. Nobody should have this much trouble after having a "reputable" place install it.

Thats wierd ive had that aspen sound install the top of the line compustar alarms in a few of my cars and they were perfect very fast and excellent service.maybe its because you drive a honda?lol jk i dont know but atleast they will make it all right
lol is that you andrew? lmao I had them do a compustar in the rhd and first they fucked the door panels, then didnt install a hoodpin as they said it goes in as a basic part of any instal, and now it says the hood is always open. It only started messing up once i started driving it more, and when you go in and tell them its messing up they get all pissy. Tomorow is going to be an oh so fun day when they get to see it again.
After sitting in there for two hours while they fixed the door pins its prety funny to see people walk in and how the main sales guy can manipulate a person into buying something more expencive by having his other guys back him up in saying the other equiptment is junk. Its also funny standing outside of their install bay and seeing how slow the installer is when he's having to re-do something he messed up. URG i'm just fed up. If they give me any crap i'll just tell them to rip it out and give me a refund (as if they would do that.... )
Should have been smart and went to eric.. hah
