Well the shitty thing is the pro-am class was founded by the IDRC, which no longer exists. For the past almost 2 years the couple of racing organizations that do still exist run off a set of rules for a class that have adopted the name SFWD-Outlaw (sport front wheel drive). And its along the same basic old rules of Pro-AM but adapted for newer technology and faster cars. Like very recently they ammended the rules to allow for a 74mm turbo intsead of a 72mm. Under the old Pro-AM rules, about the fastes you would have ever seen a car run was a low 9.

If this isn't something that is repeatable the timing systems could have had an error. They sometimes do have crazy mphs or 60' times that make no sense. What mph does he normally run? Very impressive either way!

The clocks were accurate in this case. He normaly traps around 171-172, but cam testing plus a melted wastegate line allowed 60+psi of boost which allowed the car to make an additional 300+hp, and a shitty cold track allowed for alot of spinning which we all know helps traps but hurts ET's.

Haha holy crap so he wasn't really trying to go that fast! Thats pretty funny, hope he didn't hurt the motor, thats a lot of boost.
