So I went to the scales today and came out a bit disappointed. I thought I was going to be lighter than what I weighed in at. My previous car was around 2540-2560. Today I went and weighed my coupe and came out at 2480 + me = 2620 as I went down the track for my 11.9. I have a few ideas to shave some more weight but I will have to wait til I have a good amount of time to look at things and make sure everything is going to be fine structurally.

carbon fiber might be your last/only option. If your new car looks like your old one did you don't have much to loose!!

HAHAHA this one looks a bit better, but not a beauty queen by any means. CF Hood I will probably get in the spring, I thought about doing a silvia conversion simply b/c my fenders are fooked up a bit and I HATE pop up head lights, which is wierd b/c 5 of my last 6 cars have had pop up head lights. Also with the silvia conversion you save a lil' weight pitching the head light motors and a few other things.

You could start drinking SlimFast. :/

Realisticly though, theres not much left to your car. Scrapping all the little things to loose just a little wieght might not be worth it if you are keeping it a daily driver.

More HP is probably easiest, if you are looking to increase power:weight.
