getting a little lighter

Well havent done much to the old farmtruck, but i did have a a hood and bumper made for it, trying to lighten it up a little.

The hood, hinges and brackets i have on the truck now weigh in at 110 pounds, the new hood, that will be pinned or other wised fastened weighs 29 pounds, made of carbone and aircraft glass matting, and looks like this.

The bumper and brackets weigh just over 46 pounds and the new bumper and brackets slightly less then 6 pounds, however it is not a DOT safty thing,lol. But all and all ill lose right at a 120 pounds off the nose.

just added the bumper pick, yes it turned out awesome, the persone that did it is a friend of ours up in Cocalola lake.

Kantola Composites, Arne Kantola, 208-290-2130, give him a call if uo need anything fabbed or custom, does his own molds and lay outs, this cost me a pritty penny but it is worth it.
