Im by no means a nissan guy, but props to these guys. Too bad the tranny in these things will never let em go play on the track on some 24.5's lol.

WOW!! Its cool to see people doing something differant. If it was tuned for a more usable power, it would be deadly on the street.

Yeah there are quite a few sick B13/B14 builds, however like steve mentioned, the tranny's are shit in these cars over 350 whp. A lot of high hp guys use B15 tranny's, but I think Mazworx is working on a tranny solution right now. I considered modding my SE-R, but she's too mint to do such a thing right now. I bought it from the original owner at 150k miles with every service record from 1991 and no mods what so ever, the old gal "upgraded" to a brand new Mercedes after 18 years......

Here is a sweet 300 zx in this video that really runs well. That sentra seems worthless with out decent tires.

Thats the first serious NEO motor i've seen...thats cool!
I use to be all into nissans, mostly sentra chassis (pulsar, nx etc.) But the concept of always having tranny issues kept me from doing anything. Nissan never could do a good fwd trans :(

lol guys have been building b13 sentras forever...there just a lot more low key...

theres a bunch of guys been doing sr20ve swaps for along time now. a couple here in seattle...compareable to a type r motor but waayyy more torque...iirc nissans actually created varible valve timing and electronic lift before honda ever did...we just never saw these neo vvl motors in the states...

well...the 2 liter VE is relatively new. For the longest time the only NEO was the SR16VE...and it was in the mid 90's. But Nissans first was NVCS which yes was the first electronicaly controlled variable valve timing. Honda was first for lift technically. Toyota followed suit in 92.5 with the 20valve...to bad they didn't do lift :(
