Interesting idea.....

I am changing over to a Duraspark setup and I was reading that when you energize the white wire it retards the timing. I am thinking obout hooking the white wire to my arming switch for my nitrous so I don't have to back down the timing to keep it from detonating. From what I read, it pulls about 10 degrees out. Anyone have any thoughts? Junkyard boost control?????

Is this on an NA car minus the n20? Would the 10* be to much? Or is it like a 250shot? :D

the white wire actually connects to the solenoid and is used as starting aid, it backs timing down when motor is cranking.. be neat to see if it will work for this.. if it drops 10 deg @ 12 volts, i wonder if you could run a resistor and set voltage at different points for less timing change????
