Thatd be a Russian made SU-37 flanker, used to be the fastest plane besides the black bird until the f22 raptor came out. Being on a carrier out of Japan, I had a chance seeing out f-18 super hornet go race you could say. Well it wasn't really a race, the super hornet isn't very fast a mach 1.8. We did have to raptors com fly over. Now that wasn't a race either. The raptor tore up the Russian built pretty bad.
