which shop here in town should i take my gas tank to get a sump put in it? i can weld.

I just read a thing about welding on tanks that are full of fuel or oil. I'm-a pass on that. The experts say you can do it.... I guess they don't say if you get to keep your hair or not.

They suck to do. If you spray a bunch of commercial degreaser in it and slosh it around with water it breaks down all the gas and its perfectly safe. Or shove an air nozzle in it for few hrs till your air compressor overheats and blows up. That gets the fumes out too!
