This is all mocked up for my 1G DSM. Its made some pulls on the car and feels amazing at 22psi. This setup is capable of 500whp on a 4G63.
1st is and RnR Evo8-9 Ramhorn turbo manifold. This isnt an EBAY crappy manifold. it retails for $1200 new. I have configured it for partial foreward facing setup with a T3 flange. Its also flanged for a standard Tial 44mm wastegate.
2nd is a Tial standard 44mm wastegate in excellent shape. They retail for $320 new with a standard 8psi spring. This has the big red and small red spring which is good for 15psi on gate pressure.
3rd is (real) Garrett 57trim turbo. Its got a total of about 45 miles on it. Its got the .60 a/r cold and .48 a/h hot side. The exhaust housing is thermal coated. Its brand new with no shaft play at all and only had racig oil run through it. Its $650+ new and is rated to flow 53lbs/min . and is rated to 500whp.
4th is a handmade standard 4-bolt outlet downpipe that can easily tie into the exahust. Its 2.5" and has a turndown and a bung for an O2 or wideband and is heatwrapped.
You do have to eliminate power steering to use this setup. This setup on my Talon would spin the front tires all the way through 2nd gear rolling into it in 2nd gear. There is no cheap ebay/knockoff stuff here. This is all legit brand name stuff. Only reason im selling this stuff is got a good deal on another setup for more power. Everything is in excellent shape. It was fitted on my 92 Tsi and know i would fit any 90-94 talon, eclipse or laser only eliminating the power steering and A/C fan.
Also have a single Sparco Rev seat with a Sparco slider that setup for a 92+ honda and 94+ integra. It does have a small wear spot onthe side bolster but not bad. The seat and slider were $1200 new. Asking $650 for Slider and seat
