neon lights (2 new kits) 3 kits total

i have 3 neon light under car kits... 2 kits are brand new in box and 1 kit is used... color is blue... also have 5 6" tube neon lights... got these with a car i bought and dont need them...


asking $100 obo for new kit
$75 obo for used
$5 each for 6" tubes or $20 for all 5
