That look like the bridge to bridge race on the Sacramento River. I went there once with my buddie todd and it was crazy.

I started it in july just never finished it. I am going to finish it in a few weeks, it will go from my shoulder to a little past my elbow when it is done, it is actually pretty detailed. Then I will finish the other half sleve on the left arm, got lots of tats lined up for winter!!
