Neutral Safety Switch

I was wondering if anyone here has swapped a neutral safety switch on an Automatic SN95 Musntang? I might be selling my GT and promised the guy I would replace that before I sell it to him. I was told the part is only 40.00 and easy to change. I do not have a garage and do not want to spend too much time laying in the ICE. :rolleyes:

As far as I can tell it is on the tranny... but wasn't sure if the H pipe and all that had to be removed to get access. :)
